Welcome to my website. I'm a landscape photographer based in Somerset. I specialise in photographs of the South West, in particular, Somerset, Dorset and Devon. Velvet Crumble

I was fascinated by this section of dry stone wall at Velvet Bottom nature reserve near Cheddar. The wall had crumbled in the shape of two humps and behind it ran a long fence dotted with wooden posts. The clear sky after sunset turned a cool blue and added a sense of calm to the scene.
