Bossington beach is another gem on the Somerset coastline. The pebbles and rocks that make up the beach are protected from drifting by a series of wooden groynes placed at points along the beach. Their decaying state tells of the power of the sea and add to the character of this stretch of coastline. I chose to photograph this view in early Spring as the sun sets just off from the distant cliffs of Exmoor.
