I find the landscape of the Deverills really interesting. The soft hills and expanses of farmland are a typical Wiltshire characteristic. This particular stile sits on the side of a hill on the edge of the Deverills. On this morning the sun was due to rise in exact alignment with the direction the fence runs in so I thought it would make an interesting picture.
