King Alfred's Tower is incredibly difficult to photograph close up due to its height and the landscape around it. Being surrounded by trees, interesting views of the whole tower are hard to find. In the middle of a summer afternoon I made this picture while soft clouds floated overhead. I didn't think it would seem out of place for Rapunzel to be stood at the top of the tower.
