With its wooded combes and gently sloping hills, Exmoor offers a fantastic range of locations for autumnal photography. We'll be centrally located at Simonsbath, with easy access to the moors and coastline.

During the workshop we'll visit the moors and coast of Exmoor, taking in locations such as Porlock, the Valley of the Rocks, Woody Bay and Winsford Hill. At this time of year the sun rises and sets out to sea, making it a great time to photograph the north-facing coastline.

Exmoor is the first designated dark sky reserve in Europe so if the weather is suitable we'll get out in the evening to photograph the night sky and milky way.

The workshop will run over four days with three nights' accommodation at the Simonsbath House Hotel, situated in the heart of Exmoor. There are teaching facilities at the hotel so I will be offering post processing advice and image critiques in between photo trips. Breakfast, dinner and accommodation is included in the cost of the workshop.
