Exmoor's Moors and Coast workshop

Explore the moors and coastline of Exmoor, photographing a woodland stream and a flooded landscape.

19th Mar 2019

£110 (£30 deposit)

Fully booked

Porlock offers the best of Exmoor in a compact area, making it perfect for a day's photography. This workshop will include visits to the open landscape of the moors as well as the unique flood marsh and beaches of Bossington and Porlock.

Just a few miles away are the beaches of Bossington and Porlock, plus the Porlock salt marsh. We'll visit at high tide which offers the best opportunities for photography as water floods the landscape, creating an inland lake behind the beach.

The workshop will begin at 1:00pm with a trip to Robber's Bridge, a quaint stone bridge with a shallow stream running beneath it. From here we'll move to Porlock Beach and the salt marsh where we'll photograph the flooded landscape and coastline until sunset. We'll finish at approximately 6:30pm after the sun has set.
