Mendip Hills and Westbury-sub-Mendip greeting card

£2.50

Summer storms can be brief but refreshing. One such storm passed over the Mendip hills near sunset, clearing the atmosphere to allow amazingly intense light to break through. The description on the back of the card reads:

"I noticed a weather front clearing one summer evening so I rushed to this spot near Deerleap on the Mendips. Seeing that the horizon was very clear I arrived with moments to spare before the sun broke through, bathing the land in fiery light."

This card measures 160mm square and comes with an envelope. It is blank inside.
