Greylake Whispers

I was en route to Burrow Mump with an hour to spare before sunrise when I drove past this scene at Langacre Rhyne. An overnight frost gave the fields a crisp, white glow, and the still air had allowed mist to form in large pockets which drifted around the landscape. I liked the smooth curve of the Rhyne leading towards the mist cloud surrounding the group of trees. It was such a beautiful morning that I wished I could have paused time for a few hours to explore further.
